小編深信每一間小食店都有佢哋自己嘅鎮店之寶或者最遠近馳名嘅殺手鐧，而呢間有三間分店嘅龍津亦都唔例外。今日就同大家介紹下呢間小編都幾鍾意嘅掃街小食店啦！
佢係一間表面普通不過嘅口痕診療所，但卻有一種食物令小編每次都只係食佢...... 就係佢嘅牛雜嘞。
The Ox Offal not only good at their taste, but also the price. You can get a string from $7, but we will suggest you all to buy a small bowl of it but give out $3 more and there are some radish that cooked with the offal that is sweet and the essence of the offal are ran into the radish too.除咗好食之外，價錢亦都好實惠，入門價係 $7 一串，不過我哋都唔會推薦大家買一串，因為只要畀多三蚊就可以有一碗細嘅，仲有埋蘿蔔 ，除咗可以解膩之外，由於佢索晒啲牛雜汁，食落又入味又甜。
I personally prefer to add some sweet sauce and mustard before serving as the sweet sauce can add another layer of the taste and enrich the favor; mustard can remove the oily feel from the offal.
個人建議食之前加少少甜醬同芥辣，一方面甜醬可以增加層次令味道更複雜，芥辣亦可消除內臟嘅油膩，大家可以試下呢個配搭。
Other foods from Lung Chun are not bad, this Hong Kong style waffle is great, thanks for the fragrant batter made full of butter smell, the stuffing inside that is just enough that make right taste, Fantastic!
其他食物例如格仔餅都唔錯，主要係佢個粉漿開得夠香，餡料唔會太多令個餅太甜，正呀！
