Lemongrass pork with saigon verminlli $38
This is a typical Vietnamese style noodles, the peripheral part of the pork was crispy, while the inside was soft. And the Saigon verminlli (noodles) tasted really good with Thai fish sauce.
越式豬頸肉撈㩚 $38
依個充滿越南特色，佢既豬頸肉外脆內軟，㩚粉配埋魚露真係絕配，好好味！

Soup noodles with beef brisket with tomato sauce $35

You may think noodles with tomato sauce is not that special, but this Vietnamese style tomato sauce noodles is just different and tasted really good. The beef brisket was so soft that it liked it was melting when you put it inside your mouth.
越南茄汁牛腩河 $35
你可能覺得蕃茄湯既粉麵無咩特別，但依個越式茄汁牛腩河就真係完全唔同而且好好味。佢既牛腩好淋，當你食落口就好似融緊係口入面咁。
