<十八座狗仔粉> by SPD4459 City Diner at YTM

It arises my curiosity when I first heard the name of "Dog-noodles" and I was thinking what it is. Yesterday I went to Yau Ma Tei with my friend and we pass through this restaurant. Finally I got a chance to try the " Dog-noodles"!!!
We order one "Dog-noodles", one "Congee with Roast Duck" and one "Roasted Duck Leg".

之前睇飲食節目聽到
狗仔粉呢個名就好奇，到底係點既呢？所以就一直記住左間鋪名，打算一有機會就一定要黎試下至得！終於尋日就等到呢個機會啦！！咁啱同朋友經過呢邊，即刻就拉左佢陪我試下先！

我地叫左呢間鋪最出名的狗仔粉(細)一碗，火鴨翅(細)一碗，同一隻火鴨脾兩個人分。

First, We tried the famous "Dog Noodle". Umm...... It was totally different with what I expected  before. The texture of the noodle is very soft, maybe I prefer noodle with harder texture, I really feel very disatisfied with this dishes. Also, it is too salty, it make me feel very thirsty. But one thing I need to said is their Dried radish which they made by themselves is delicious.

好啦！首先試下期待已久的狗仔粉先。嗯…同我想像的差有點遠…粉好軟身，好似唔洗咬就吞得咁。可能系我本身比較鐘意食偏硬的面吧。而且味道太濃了，食到好口渴。不過需要一提的系，佢地自家整既辣菜圃幾好味既。

After that, we tried the "Congee with Roast Duck", it looks like "Fake shark's fin soup". It was full of duck shreds. And it just cost $19. 

好，再試下個火鴨翅先，睇落真系同碗仔翅無咩分別。但食落感覺都唔錯的，好多鴨絲真系好足料而且又平，絕對超值！

Lastly, I tried the Roasted Duck Leg, the size is big, the meat is smooth, and it is very tasty!!!

最後到食呢個火鴨脾啦！好大只，而且好入味，肉好滑唔會好油。正呀！！

To conclude, although the "Dog-Noodle" made me feel disappointed, it still worth to come. Because the price of the food is low, and most of the dishes here is tasty. One thing need to remain you is this restaurant is an outdoor restaurant, so it will be a bit hot if you come here in summer.

總括黎講，雖然個狗仔粉有點令我失望，但呢間野都系食得過既，始終好平，個火鴨翅又好足料，系值的。不過味道始終有點太濃，間唔中食一次就夠了，而且只能系室外坐無冷氣，不過宜家天氣開始涼，大家都可以考慮去試下呀！

Mala's Fusion Cuisine is operated by Indian and it offers different kinds of food, including Italian, Middleast, Indian, European and Thai. The diversity of food is really broad, and this also becomes the selling point of the restaurant.

Mala's Fusion Cuisine係由印度人打理，餐廳有唔同風味既食物，包括意大利菜、中東菜、印度菜、歐洲菜同泰國菜。多元化同多選擇成為左餐廳既賣點。

Of course SPD4459 City Diner at YTM wants to try as much food as possible, so we ordered several foods with different culture and styles. 

當然， SPD4459 City Diner at YTM想試得幾多得幾多，所以就叫左幾款唔同文化同款式既野食。

Thai grilled fish and mango salad $98

For the appetizer, we ordered the Thai grilled fish and mango salad, the salad was arranged in a beautiful setting. And the taste was fresh and I really loved the combination of grilled fish and mango, the sweetness and little sourness of mango with the salad was so appetizing.

芒果魚柳沙律 $98
前菜我地就叫左芒果魚柳沙律，個沙律真係排得好靚，味道方面就好新鮮清新，魚柳同芒果既組合我真係好鍾意，芒果既酸味同甜味好開胃。

Four Seasons Pizza $100

After the appetizer, we ordered the recommended dish of the restaurant, which is the Italian style Four Seasons Pizza. The pizza was served with many ingredients, such as grilled chicken, potato and spinach with sour cream and spicy sauce. The pizza was so yummy and you just can't stop eating that. Every single bite you can taste the pizza with lots of ingredients and sauce.

四季薄餅 $100
食完前菜之後，我地就叫左餐廳既推介菜式，意式四季薄餅。薄餅好足料，有燒雞、薯仔同菠菜，配上酸忌廉同辣醬，好味到停唔到口。每一啖你都會食到好多餸同醬。

Barbecue sauce Pork ribs 

We also ordered the European style pork ribs, the portions was large, and it looked really attractive. The ribs was perfectly grilled,the texture was soft and juicy. And we just directly using our hands to grap the ribs and enjoy it, it was really tasty!

燒烤醬豬肋骨
我地仲叫左歐陸風味既豬肋骨，依個分量十足，十分吸引。豬肋骨燒得剛剛好，肉質好軟好多肉汁。正到直接用手揸住黎食，好惹味好好食。

Besides the food, the service offered by the restaurant was great, the host was so kind and patiently introduced the foods to the customers, and we were pleased from his serving. SPD4459 City Diner at YTM would really recommend you guys to have a try on this restaurant, it must impress all of you!

SPD4459 City Diner at YTM < Ah Lung Pakistan Halal Food 亞龍咖喱 >

Yau Ma Tei is an old district in Hong Kong that attracts many tourists with its local culture. You can always find good restaurants here offer delicious food with low price. Ah Lung Pakistan Halal Food is one of them.

油麻地係香港較舊又充滿住地道文化既地方，吸引唔少旅客。而油麻地有好多餐廳又平又好味！亞龍咖喱就係其中之一。

You will find that the one next door also named Ah Lung which is not the same one. So, beware of it. This one should be the busier one.
At around 7pm, there was already a queue outside the restaurant and we 2 people got seated for around 15 mins.

係亞龍咖喱旁邊，有一間一樣名既阿龍咖哩，但係唔一樣既，大家要小心D！依間係多人D既。
係晚上既7點，店外已經有一條人龍，我地兩個人等左大約15分鐘。

Ah Lung provides two options in rice or salt roti to serve with. For the dishes, you have a variety of choices including chicken, beef, mutton, fish, vegetable, etc. We ordered a chicken curry and beef curry, one served with rice and the other with salt roti.

亞龍咖喱可以選擇配白飯或鹹薄餅。菜式方面，有好多選擇，例如雞、牛肉、羊肉、魚、蔬菜等等。我地叫左一個咖喱雞配白飯、一個咖喱牛肉配薄餅。

Decoration in the restuarant. You can have an authentic curry in Ah Lung Pakistan Halal Food.
The curry was cooked with onions with any thickeners or corn flour.

店內既裝飾。
係亞龍咖喱，你可以食到正宗既咖喱。依度既咖喱係用洋蔥煮，不加芡粉、玉米粉。

Beef Curry $75
I ordered mild beef curry with salt roti. It is spicy but I really love it. The curry was pretty good in taste and matched with the salt roti.

咖哩牛肉 $75

我叫左小辣既咖哩牛肉配鹹薄餅，有d辣但我好鍾意！咖哩味道好正，同薄餅好襯。

Chicken Curry $68
My friend order mild chicken curry with rice. The curry matched with the rice too! But I still prefer salt roti with curry. The chicken was in bone. In my opinion, the chicken was not much well flavoured.

我朋友叫左小辣既咖哩雞併飯。咖哩同飯都好襯！但我都係比較喜歡咖哩薄餅。D雞稍微唔夠入味。

< 炳記牛牛 Milk & Milk > by SPD4459 City Diner at YTM

Just walk through the Women's Street saw the little cow stickers outside the restaurant were really cute I then take my girlfriend into it~
今日行過女人街，見到鋪頭門口嘅牛牛好得意，於是就拉左女朋友陪我入去喇~

Actually the environment as well as the hygiene is so-so, like a normal Hong Kong style cafe. Tables are not big and the seats are not comfort at all. :(  

餐廳嘅環境同衛生都做得麻麻地，同一般茶餐廳差唔多。而且啲枱都比較細張，坐得唔太舒服:(

A waitress asked us to choose foods just after we sat down -_- with a worse service attitude, she gave us folks and napkins unwillingly! We was like undesirable! We just can find worse service quality but no human touch at all.
一坐低冇幾耐都未揀到食咩，侍應姐姐就催我地落單-_- 同埋服務態度好差，餐具同餐巾都係好悔氣咁拎過黎，完全係趕客咁!!!平時可以係茶餐廳搵到人情味，但係呢到只有惡劣嘅服務態度!!

We could see other customers were eating baked rice then we realized these is the signature dishes of Milk& Milk. We ordered a salmon baked rice with cheese and baked pork chop spaghetti.
我地見到周圍嘅食客都係食焗飯多，就發覺原來呢個係炳記牛牛嘅招牌菜。所以我地都叫左一個焗豬排意粉同埋芝士三文魚焗飯。

The salmon baked rice is delicious which is out of my expectation, very cheesy, there were cheese stuck on the fish and rice!  You can't taste the fish with stinky frozen smell. That was really surprising! Salmon fish is fragrant and crispy its not oily even we ate them all.  

芝士三文魚焗飯比我想像中好味，芝士味好香濃，啲芝士仲會痴住啲飯粒同埋三文魚!

咬一啖三文魚，嘩好入味!!之前怕會食到雪藏嘅腥味，但呢個真係好驚喜，啲芝士味入晒三文魚到，三文魚亦都好香脆。食晒成個飯都唔覺得膩呢!

About the pork chop, it was a bit disappointing.... the pork is hard as rock which is impossible to break and they will stay in between you teeth =.=  We can't see they were baked as well, just like an ordinary pork chop with spaghetti. 

至於焗豬排意粉就有點失望...塊豬排好硬，好難先咬得開，食完仲痴晒牙=.= 我地亦都食唔到焗嗰種感覺，同普通嘅鮮茄豬排意粉冇咩分別。

"Baked" pork chop spaghetti and the salmon baked rice with cheese were both $29 but there were 10% service charged. It is not too expensive but we just can't understand how they can charge 10% as a normal Hong Kong cafe and  actually they gave no service to us. :(

焗豬排意粉、芝士三文魚焗飯都係$29，不過要收加一。價錢唔算貴，只係唔明白點解好似茶餐廳般嘅食肆都要加一，更何況呢間食肆冇咩服務可言:(

< 景霖正宗四川麻辣米線 Chinese noodle restaurant > by SPD4459 City Diner at YTM

This restaurant is my all time favorite when I'm busy and wanna eat alone. As the noodle come very fast and the potion is big enough which I don't needa eat anything for dinner afterward, and then I can rush back for work. It's really good for the deadline month. Actually this noodle restaurant for me it's more or less same as Tam jai. Restaurant like this I would categorize as "tuk" (toxic). People eat inside normally finish their noodle within 15mins and leave. Today I'm a toxic girl. hahahahahahaaa

每一次要食自己嘅時間都一定會揀食景霖，因為上得快又夠大碗，正宗大件夾抵食！對於死線月黎講非常好，因為食完呢餐晏，就可以唔洗食晚餐（其實係食唔落），可以專心做功課同溫書。其實對於呢類餐廳，我通常都會用"毒女"黎歸類，坐低可以即刻嗌野食，食完即走，成個過程15分鐘完成。真心我覺得同譚仔無分別，都係一樣咁毒，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈！

Today I ordered one dish spicy hot noodle, I choose pork this time, just don't feel like wanna eat more. Frankly, for restaurant under category "tuk"(toxic) I expect nothing as long as it's cook thoroughly. However, I've got bonus this time, the pork was soft that's easy to chew and the soup surprised me as well. 

今日無咩胃口，所以是旦叫左個一餸麻辣米線就夠喇，揀左豬肉。對於"毒女"系列嘅餐廳，其實一般我都唔抱任何期望，只要佢煮熟左就得喇。但景霖係經常有驚喜嘅，今日份豬肉好味到不得了，好淋好軟好易咬，而且一D臭豬肉味都無，讚！另外個湯底都係水準之作，正！

Something about service and environment, if you wanna eat try their noodle happily. Please don't expect anything of these. Because here is talking more about food than atmosphere. People mostly eat  shoulder to shoulder here, you have to hold your belongings when eating, there are no space for you to place any stuff, I mean any seriously. 

有D人或者會對於景霖嘅服務同環境有興趣，但如果你想自己食開心嘅，就忘記什麼服務什麼環境，只要唔係有小強行黎行去，"毒女"系列餐廳係唔會坐得舒服，你要抱住個袋食野，而且姐姐們都係好惡。因為呢個地方只係用黎食野，要傾計，要HEA請去其他地方。

I can't help missing the Taiwanese minced pork rice since my last trip to Taiwan last year. Today I went to the Women's Street and saw this Taiwanese restaurant has a long queue outside the shop and I decided to give it a try!

自從上年去完台灣之後，一直念念不忘台灣嘅肉燥飯。今日晏晝去完女人街，見到呢間台灣食店門外大排長龍，就決定入去一試喇。

Customers were packed in the shop. But the table and floor were well-cleaned and hygiene, as they have pretty good quality of their food, it's still acceptable for their crowded environment.😛

店內環境比較逼，差不多要人逼人咁貼住坐。不過枱面同地下打掃得好乾淨衛生，而且食物質素好，就算坐得逼少少都冇所謂啦:D

This Chicken vermicelli is the best I have ever tried! There were many chicken slices! The sesame seed sauce is different from other shops wich have concentrated sesame seed and peanut smell. The vermicelli have a good mouthfeel with rich sesame sauce! However it is quite expensive for this side dish cost $40...
呢碟雞絲粉皮係我食過最好味嘅一間!!雞絲好多好足料!個麻醬都同其他食店唔同，有好香濃嘅芝麻同花生味。至於最底層嘅粉皮好彈牙，吸收埋麻醬嘅味道更加一流!
食完一碟想嗌多一碟添呀!
不過略嫌$40有點兒貴...











The Chicken vermicelli is only a snack, I also ordered a Chicen In salted water in Hualien style that cost me $46. The flavor of the chicken is just right that won't be too salty even it was soaked with salted water. He chicken has a smooth mouthfeel in overall and just the chest part a little bit rough. 😫😫
淨係食一碟雞絲粉皮當然唔夠飽啦。
另外我仲叫左一個價值$46嘅"花蓮鹽水雞套餐"。鹽水雞嘅味道恰到好處，唔會太鹹，好入味啊。整體黎講隻雞都好滑，只係雞胸部份有點"鞋"口>.<

The minced pork really worth liking! The meat and the sauce is not separated, minced pork and the sauce is really match and good to be served with rice.

個肉燥飯真係要一讚!絕對唔係肉還肉，汁還汁嘅感覺，肉燥粒配埋香甜嘅特製醬汁，送飯食真係好正，令我重拾台灣嘅風味!

I used to think the minced pork sauce is few from the photo, but there were somw sauces inside the rice ^^
淨係睇相好似見到肉燥有啲少，但其實飯嘅側邊同中間都夾雜住肉燥呢^_^

The set meal included a dish of lettuce with minced pork sauce, the vegetable are match with the season and fresh.
套餐仲包一碟肉燥油麥菜，油麥菜好合時令兼爽口。

Normally lettuces are stir fried with garlics , I've never tried served with minced porl sauce and i found it is more delicious!
通常食油麥菜都係用蒜蓉炒嘅，從未試過配肉燥，原來仲更加好味呢!


Next time you guys wanna try Taiwanese cuisine, you are recommended to try this :)

Stepping into autumn, this time SPD4459 City Diner at YTM would like to bring you guys to have a hot pot. Instead of hot pot, how about also having a chicken pot? 來來重慶雞煲火鍋菜館 should be a good choice!

The restaurant works really cool! Firstly, order a chicken pot with your choice of spicy level. After finishing all or most of the chicken, soup will be added to mix the sauce in the pot and it will become a hot pot. Then you can order extra dishes for the hot pot.

踏入秋季，SPD4459 City Diner at YTM 今次帶大家去打邊爐！除左打邊爐，想唔想食埋雞煲？來來重慶雞煲火鍋菜館 會係一個好選擇！

來來重慶雞煲火鍋菜館好特別，「先食雞，再打邊爐」。首先，叫左一個雞煲，可以揀辣既程度。食完雞就會加湯，撈埋雞煲既醬料就成為左湯底，然後可以叫火鍋配料打邊爐。

Chicken Pot $128

We two person ordered half chicken with little spicy. The sauce was so tasty that made the chicken taste so good. The spiciness was perfect for us. I can't stop eating. After we finished most of the chickens, the staff added soup to our bowl made it become hot pot.

雞煲 $128

我地兩個人，所以只係叫左半隻雞，小辣。雞煲醬料好好味，雞煮得好入味！辣味剛好適合我地。好好味，我食到停唔到！差唔多食哂d雞之後，店員就幫我地加湯打邊爐。

We ordered a beef and lettuce for hot pot.

我地叫左一碟肥牛，一個生菜打邊爐。

Beef $98

The beef was a bit tough with an unenjoyable texture. We think that the portion of fat of the beef could be a bit more.

肥牛 $98

牛肉質感好硬，食落好"唉"。我地認為依碟肥牛唔夠肥。

In overall, the food were worth for their prices, especially the chicken pot, it tasted so good. However, the staff attitude can be improved.

依間火鍋幾抵食，特別係雞煲好好味，但服務態度有待改善 : (

As a students, we always want to have delicious dining but with low cost. SPD4459 City Diner at YTM know that very much, so this time we are going to take you guys a restaurant offer delicious western food but in reasonable price, which is "Little Fusion".

"Little Fusion" located at the middle of Tung Choi Street, the decoration outside would definitely attract you to take a look on it, which contain a modern signboard of its name.

身為學生，當然希望搵到啲平靚正既餐廳啦，我地 SPD4459 City Diner at YTM 感同身受，所以今次就帶大家去一間抵食既西餐廳試試，就係"意房菜"喇。

意房菜係通菜街既中間，佢出面既設計一定會吸引到你去望一望，有一幅時尚既招牌。

"Little Fusion" is well-famous for its reasonable price of delicious spaghetti, so SPD4459 City Diner at YTM had ordered two different spaghettis and have a try!

意房菜最出名就係佢地又平又好食既意粉，所以 SPD4459 City Diner at YTM 今次就叫左兩款唔同既意粉試下！

Lasagna Bolognese with mashed potato $33

It look just so attractive, the flower like mashed potato was really beautiful. Its smell had already transmitted to us when the food is delivering to us, and the taste didn't let us disappointed. The mashed potato and the bolognese tasted so rich and intense, while the lasagna (spaghetti) was well cooked, it wasn't too soft nor hard. It tasted really yummy!!

焗芝士薯蓉肉醬千層麵 $33

靜係望佢既賣相都覺得吸引，花狀既薯蓉係鋪係上面好靚。當侍應將意粉送過黎個陣，佢既香味已經傳到過黎，好香，而且食落去佢既咪道都無令我地失望。薯蓉同肉醬味道好濃郁好強烈，千層麵煮得剛好，唔會太軟或者太硬，整個都好好味！

Seafood angel hair pasta with cheese dressing $37

Compared with the Lasagna Bolognese, this pasta is just ok. It looked great but the taste was deviated from our expectation, since we expect the cheese taste was rich, but we really cannot taste there is cheese at all. The seafood was normal and the angel hair cooked for too long, so it became too soft and lost its texture. 

特濃芝士汁海鮮天使麵 $37

相比於焗芝士薯蓉肉醬千層麵，依個天使麵只係一般般。雖然賣相依然好吸引，但係味道就同我地預期有啲出入喇，食之前我地會以為會有濃烈既芝士味，但竟然連少少芝士味都食唔出。海鮮都係一般般，天使麵可能煮得太耐，太軟無咩口感。

In overall, "Little Fusion" is providing quality food with reasonable price, and it offers lots of choices of pasta and different kinds of dishes, SPD4459 City Diner at YTM would definitely recommend you guys to have a try on it!

Noodles is always my favorite. Instead of eating home-cooked instant noodles, I occasionally go to Fu Tai House Delicious for dinner.
Fu Tai House Delicious is located at Tung Choi Street. I am their loyal customer for over 3 years. In this year, Fu Tai House Delicious has opened a new branch at the same street.

公仔麵一向都係我既喜愛。除左屋企煮既即食麵，我間唔中會黎富泰家食晚餐。
富泰家位於通菜街。我幫襯左依間餐廳已經超過3年。今年，富泰家係依條街開多左一間分店。

I ordered a set, about $45, which came with noodles, fruit and drink.
我叫左一個既餐，約$45包括撈麵、生果同飲品。

Fruit is an iconic appetizer in this restaurant. This time, I got watermelon.
依家餐廳會先送上生果做飯前果。今日既生果係西瓜。

Low sugar green tea

I always preferred less sugar drinks, feel like more healthy. The green tea is Taiwanese style and same as the one at Taiwanese beverage shop.

低糖綠茶
我個人鍾意低糖既飲品，感覺較健康。依杯低糖綠茶係台式既，同台式飲品店既一樣。

Noodles with garlic sauteed diced beef
The portion is good, not too less or more. The noodles was chewy that cooked in a suitable time. The taste of beef was good, but some of the beef was a bit hard that difficult to crew. In overall, it was nice and reasonable with the price.

蒜香牛柳粒撈麵
食物份量岩岩好，唔會太少或太多。個麵煮既時間掌握得好好，食落好有口感。牛柳既味道都唔錯，但有幾粒牛柳粒比較難咬。總括黎講，依個撈麵幾好，價錢合理。
