< 定食Doraya > by SPD4459 City Diner at YTM


Doraya is an Izakaya, Japanese restaurant, located at the end point of Hau Fook Street. Doraya serves many types of food, other than their signature donburi, they also served sashimi, sushi, grilled fish, skewer, etc.
We arrived at around 8pm and the restaurant was still pretty empty.

定食Doraya係一間日本居酒屋,位於厚福街的尾段。依間餐廳提供好多種類既日本野食, 除左餐廳出名既定食,仲有魚生、壽司、燒魚、串燒等,種類繁多。
我地大約晚上8點來到,餐廳都唔係好多人,即刻就有位。


We ordered an egg roll and two dinner sets, which came with miso soup, steamed egg, and appetizers including pickles and daikon.


我地叫左一個蛋卷、兩個定食,定食有味噌湯、蒸蛋、前菜包括酸瓜、蘿蔔絲,相同豐富。


Japanese egg roll $48

As a egg super lover, I definitely order this typical egg dishes, and it tasted really good! The egg sense was rich but a little hard.

厚煎蛋卷 $48

一向喜歡吃蛋的我,當然會喜歡這個。蛋卷味道不錯 ,口感略微硬。


For the appetizers of the set, the pickles and daikon were nice. The miso soup was okay. The steamed egg was smooth and with sufficient of ingredients, but the taste of egg was insufficient.

前菜方面,酸菜、蘿蔔絲也不錯。味噌湯不過不失。蒸蛋好滑,配料很足,但略嫌蛋的味道不夠。

Sea Urchin and Chopped Tuna $178
The outlook of it was really attractive. It was served on plain rice, which was still slighty warm. Sea Urchin was smooth and fresh. Chopped tuna was so fatty that it melted into the rice.

海膽配藍鰭吞拿魚蓉定食 $178
賣相相當吸引。海膽呑拿魚蓉底是暖暖的白飯。海膽好鮮甜好滑,呑拿魚蓉肥美,入口即溶。

Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe $198
The sea urchin was same as the previous one, smooth, fresh and tasty. Salmon roe was fresh with good taste.

海膽跟上面的一樣鮮味、滑。三文魚子很美味很新鮮。

The service could be improved. Staff in Doraya was not poltie enough. The foods overall were good and acceptable with the price.

這間餐廳的服務態度一般,侍應不太禮貌。 食物質素大致良好,值回「食」價。
