< Red Chicken 紅雞 > by SPD4459 City Diner at YTM

"Korean Street" is really suits for Kimberley Road as you would easily discover a Korean restaurant when you walk along the street.  This time City Diner discovered there was a long queue outside a restaurant in Kimberley Street, and we immediately went find out what is the reason.

The long queue was directed to a Korean Restaurant, "Red Chicken". The hot Korean trend in Hong Kong has brought popularity to many Korean Restaurants, including to Red Chicken.

Red Chicken is famous for its fried chicken and their foods with special designs and combinations.

金巴利道叫做韓國街真係當之無愧，因為每當你沿路行，緊有幾間韓國餐廳係左近。今次City Diner就發現一條長人龍，咁我地就緊係即刻去探個究竟。
埋到去發現條長龍係由一間韓國餐廳＜紅雞＞排出黎，近排韓流襲港，帶旺好多韓國既餐廳，＜紅雞＞都唔例行。
＜紅雞＞最出名就係佢地既炸雞同其他有住特別設計同配搭既菜式。

Queued for around 45 mins and got seated. The restaurant keeps playing K-POP music in a high voice level. With the dim lighting, I felt like I went to a bar.

等左差唔多45分鐘有位。餐廳播住大聲激昂既K-POP音樂，而且燈光暗暗咁，入到去就感覺好似去左酒吧咁。

Half-half fried chicken with spicy sauce  $173
Of course we must order the most famous dish in Red Chicken, "Half-half fried chicken with spicy sauce". Although the fried chicken did not look any specific difference from others, its taste was definitely awesome, the texture was so crispy and the sauce was really yummy

半半炸雞  $173
黎到＜紅雞＞就當然要試下佢既招牌炸雞，半半炸雞淋上秘製辣醬。雖然就咁睇落同其他餐廳既炸雞無咩唔同，但食落就發現佢既炸雞非同凡響，脆得黎再加上野味既辣醬，配搭一流，好好味！

Carbonara ricecake

This is a fusion dish that combined with Western and Korean style of cooking. The Korean ricecake served with Western carbonara sauce, and the taste was surprisingly match and tasty. 

卡邦尼年糕

整個菜式既配搭好新穎，韓式年糕配上西式既卡邦尼汁，感覺好新鮮好驚喜，出黎既味道好正，味道襯到絕！

Korean style cheese egg roll with crab roe  $128

We eat egg and crab roe frequently but i was surprised when they combined together. The egg is soft, while adding the crab roe with its unique texture, also, with the specially made sauce together, they made the whole dish became special and tasted really good. You guys must have a try!

韓式飛魚子拼芝士蛋卷 $128

平時食蛋食魚子就食得多，依個組合卻係第一次，亦係好驚喜！蛋本來係淋既，加上爽口既魚子增加左口感，拼埋D醬好好味，值得一試！
