This restaurant is located in The Kimberley Hotel. This hotel is rather old school. The lighting, the decoration and even the setting are rather dusky. Frankly, the first impression of this hotel is not good.

餐廳坐落係君怡酒店入面, 君怡酒店嘅裝飾比較舊式, 燈光亦相對暗淡, 第一印象認真麻麻
但好彩上到餐廳門口, 入面好企理又光猛, 即刻有返D信心

We ordered 3 different type of Sashimi, I have to say all of them are very good. The temperature of the Sashimi were good, they were iced without any ice particles.

我地叫左幾款刺身, 全部都好鮮甜, 但對於我黎講刺身嘅溫度都好重要, 我試過係出面日本餐廳食過暖嘅刺身, 又食過未解晒雪嘅刺身, 令人好不安, 感覺好唔衛生! 但花水木係呢放面係控制得唔錯, 夠凍但又唔會結冰,岩岩好! good!

 We also ordered some Tempura like prawn, sweet potato, pumpkin and shiso. I like the shiso one very much as it is not common that you can hardly find outside, and it served with lime which enrich the taste.

另外一個驚喜係佢地嘅天婦羅, 真係好好食! 炸粉又鬆又薄, 比例做得好好, 只係薄薄一層, 岩岩好包住個餡 good!!!! 咁多款入面, 我最最最最鐘意佢個紫蘇葉 (朋友不嬲都笑我係羊, 淨係鐘意食草:P) 個紫蘇葉係跟埋青檸俾你, 擠兩滴, 已經好香好好食! 讚啊!!!

Beside the good quality of food, the service here is perfect as well. (Yes it really worth the word perfect!) There were at least 4 waiter/waitress here standby to serve, they are not chatting, not playing their phone, not day dreaming. They all pay full attention to the customers. The waitress serving our table is especially attentive. I always found very disturbing every time the waiter/ waitress try to clean my table, as most of the time they will chip in even though we are chatting. Hopefully, there are no such problem happening here. She cleaned our table quietly. And there is one more thing, she made we customers feel that we are their guest. Every time I lift up my head, she will come immediately and ask me if I need help. Thank you for such a warm and attentive service, we are both really appreciated.

除左食物好味之外, 服務都係一流, 真係一流, DD都係誇張!!!! 眼見front-line staff都有起碼4個人, 佢地唔係係到吹水, 發夢, 玩電話, 佢地分散係餐廳唔同位置, 留意有無客人要幫忙. 我張枱係由一位女侍應幫手, 佢都企係附近,  (我估佢係要照顧4枱客人) 但只要我地一抬頭就可以同佢就眼神接觸, 好明顯佢係好留意自己嘅客人, 而且經常refill茶, 就算係咁傾計都唔怕口乾 :P 最重要係佢收食完嘅餐碟時唔會係咪都問仲需唔需要, 唔會打斷我地嘅對話, 因此通常都會係我地飲茶嘅時候黎收.非常欣賞佢地嘅態度!!!
