I just heard that there is a famous cafe, called 18 Grams that is located at Gala Place, which specializes in all-day breakfast. Therefore, I decide to try it with my friend today.
由於今日係假期既關係，去到都要等大約半個鐘先可以入去坐。
同埋鋪頭面積比較細，得十幾張枱，環境都有啲逼。
As today is public holiday, we need to wait around half an hour to have a seat.
The area of the shop is quite small and crowded. It only contain around ten tables.
落餐既方式都同其他既餐廳有啲分別，我地要先揀好食咩然後再親身去收銀處落單。落單後職員會比一個號碼牌我地，之後佢地就會送餐過黎。
Besides, the way of taking order is different from other restaurants. We need to order at the food ordering area directly. After that, waiter would give us a number tag, and we just need to wait at our seat until they deliver the food to us.
我地兩個人分別叫左一杯凍朱古力、斑尼狄蛋配煙三文魚，以及一份澳式早餐。
We ordered an ice chocolate, eggs heminway and Aussie breakfast respectively.

最底既鬆餅亦都冇一般嗰啲整得咁硬，18 grams既呢個則好鬆化，口感剛剛好適中!
價值$88，尚算合理。
The eggs heminway is made up with egg benedict and smoke salmon. The half cooked pouch egg is perfectly made together with some specially made condiment and tasty smoke salmon. I can say this is the most delicious egg benedict that I ever had!
Also, the English muffin is crispy toasted and has a fluffy texture.
It just cost $88, which is a reasonable price.
炒蛋好滑，入口仲有少少蛋汁流出黎。
煙肉亦都唔算煎得太乾。成份早餐都好好味，食完好滿足!
呢個價值$100，有咁多野食同埋食物質素幾好，所以價錢都合理。
The set of Aussie breakfast has toasts, scrambled egg, fried tomatoes, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and baked beans with tomato sauce.
Scrambled egg is juicy, tender and soft. All in all, it is very yummy. I feel satisfied and happy!
This large set of breakfast costs $100. As it has good quality and includes many nutritious food, it is reasonable.
